Flat rate: We charge a flat rate of $9.50 for shipping anywhere in New Zealand. We only ship within New Zealand.
We usually ship the same or the next working day when in stock. We ship using Peter Baker Couriers and it takes in general about 2 days to arrive.
Rural deliveries have an extended delivery time, usually 2 extra working days.
Please be aware that our dispatch department is not staffed on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed over a weekend will be processed on Monday.
Warranty returns: all products have a 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise. Returns should be done to our address in Christchurch unless adviced otherwise. Please contact us first. Client pays freight to us, Pacific Vision Webshop pays return freight to client.

Our returns/refunds policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under New Zealand consumer protection or sale of goods laws.
Returns:
You may wish to return a purchase due to: 1. Malfunction. 2. Received damaged.
Malfunction:
If the item purchased does not function correctly on receipt, or fails within its warranty period*, please contact us immediately (by email or phone), quoting your invoice number (the number provided by us on the order confirmation emailed to you at the time of your purchase) and advising us of the nature of the problem.
The warranty is 12 months, unless stated otherwise and provided that the problem has not been caused by misuse or normal wear and tear we will repair or replace (at our discretion) the faulty equipment.
Damaged on receipt:
If the goods are received by you or your gift recipient in an already damaged condition - please contact us immediately (by email or phone), quoting your invoice number (the number provided by us on the order confirmation emailed to you at the time of your purchase) and advising us of the nature of the damage.
We will organise the retrieval of the item at our cost and will ship a replacement immediately upon receipt of the damaged goods, by us.
Dissatisfaction:
We assume that due to the nature of the equipment and software you have thoroughly investigated your willingness to purchase. Provided the equipment is not faulty, it can not be returned. Software can never be returned.
DVDs, CDs, Software,
Please note that in the case of DVDs, CD-ROMs, Software and other products which are covered by copyright and intellectual property law the majority of our suppliers will not accept stock back because of the high level of illegal copying and piracy of intellectual property - so in general we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on such products.
